Proudly, we celebrated the successful launch of our SwanLake West [SLW] development. The SLW launches saga debuted with the introduction of its very first signature villas that have successfully managed to transform the face of the West, as they stood as a true epitome of exclusive privacy and breathing luxury within the suburbia. To further complement SLW’s slogan of “Going Beyond”, SLW’s recent launch featuring The MONOS Luxury Apartments, captured a unique flare of individuality, thanks to its innovative one apartment per floor design philosophy, powered with vast terraces supporting the outdoor-living notion, whilst reinstating singularity, paired with a trendsetting homegrown boutique hotel in collaboration with Baky Hospitality Group.

The west side of Cairo saw the addition of a new HAP’s sales address through the launch of SwanLake West’s state-of-the-art showroom, paying tribute to our customer-centric promise that emphasizes your convenience always comes first. The showroom is designed in the image of the calming contrast to the busy Cairo life that SwanLake West offers, right amidst our crown jewel SwanLake West mixed development site.

SwanLake North Coast [SLN] became a modern manifestation of “The True North” as over 190 households came to life in the summer of 2021. Families experienced a holistic, cross-generational summer that accounted for the preferences of each family member and, perfected the longed-for balance between an eventful and engaging outdoor season that saw participation of both local and international calibers, with the long sought-after serenity of a secluded beach-side getaway.

Our portfolio also continued to solidify on the East side of Cairo, with the granting of a syndicated facility that supported even further expedition of the already fast-tracked progress happening at SwanLake Residences New Cairo [SLR], the soon-to-be HAP’s flagship mixed use development. SLR is also home to the very first flagship branch of KODE, the all-new multidisciplinary sports club taking Cairo by storm. Set to launch during Q4 of 2022, KODE has already seen a great appetite for memberships through the implemented close-knit, referrals-only system, and celebrated its quickly growing community by providing a series of sneak-peeks of the club’s unconventional offerings, in the form of pop-up experiences at prominent Cairo residential projects. Also, a little further to the East, a glimpse of the future can be seen at HAPTOWN Mostakbal City, where construction progress is well underway.

Lastly, SwanLake El Gouna has become a livable masterpiece, with the final phases of construction approaching conclusion, and preparing for the crystal lagoon ready for use by April 2022. A collection of households has already breathed life into this private, exclusive gem, with many more families to follow suit as the winter breeze gets colder, and the perfectly warm weather of El Gouna sets in, just in time to ring in the new year.

Speaking of masterpieces and as strong supporters of talent and art in all its forms, as the year concluded we celebrated the release of the book that enclosed all masterpieces to date by the talented Egyptian Painter and Sculptor, Khaled Zaki, after his second exhibition of its kind at the distinguished Ubuntu Art Gallery.
